Service Description

Consultation Details & Requirements: A link to your virtual consultation will be sent via email prior to your appointment. We kindly ask that you follow the instructions listed within your meeting link. There is a two-person max for all consultations. Event dates are only secure with a deposit. Deposits are one-third of your total invoice. Design totals are provided at the close of each consultation once all event details required are discussed. Our calendar does close quickly, and availability is not guaranteed if your dates capacity has been reached after your appointment. Session fees are non-refundable. An appointment reminder will be sent via email 24 hours before your consultation. If you have to reschedule your appointment you must inform us at that time. You may transfer this service once to a new date. Forwarding dates are based upon availability. Please arrive on time to your consultation. A 15 minute grace period is allotted to each client before their session is forfeited. If a phone consultation is preferred, please list that in your notes and we'll be sure to give you a call at that time.
